Wildlings Forest School and the Zoo!

Dearest Families,

In Term 3, as part of our College Outdoor Education program and Service and Sustainability, we have planned a fun and exciting trip to Wildlings Forest School.  We are particularly excited about this trip as we believe in the words of Stephen Moss, "Nature is a tool to get children to experience not just the wider world, but themselves.  This will definitely be a day of experiences!

The following dates have been confirmed. We will participate two classes at time. Chaperones for this trip are UWCSEA staff as well as Forest School Staff.

Monday May 23rd- TSN and EHU
Friday. May 27th- TMO and RAH

You will be receiving an email from the College Management System containing a link to further information about the trip and another link to give consent and make payment. For both trips students will leave campus at 8:15 and return for lunch by 12:15.

We also have another exciting happening planned.... a Family Fun Day at the ZOO!  We will finish out our school year exploring the Unit of Study: Feathers, Fur and Fins, and the Singapore Zoo is a perfect trip to support our learning. This will also be a day that all families are invited to join and meet us. We wanted to get out some save the dates so families have enough time to plan accordingly!  Please note that this trip is not confirmed, so there may be changes.

Monday June 6- TMO and EHU
Tuesday June 7- TSN and RAH

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teachers.

And as always thank you for your support!
in partnership,
The K2 team
